Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. We have 11 locations throughout Minnesota, each site has 8-16 residents per home. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with the emphasis on person-centered care planning. Our team is searching for an upbeat, driven, energetic Associate Recruiter to join our team. As an Associate Recruiter, you will play an integral part in finding top talent to join our Diamond Willow and Keystone Bluffs communities. Your primary responsibilities as an Associate Recruiter will be to evaluate the staffing needs of our 10 locations, determine candidate’s qualifications through phone, messenger, and text conversations among other tasks. You will work closely with the Senior Recruiter to accomplish daily and monthly KPI’s, hiring goals, and successful onboarding of new employees

Recruiter Overview:
Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for CNA’s, PCA’s and RA caregivers and select additional roles
Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, job offering and successful onboarding
Work collaboratively with Senior Recruiter, hiring managers and assisted living coordinators to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each community
Contribute ideas towards multiple communities and departments to improve processes: The ability to collaborate is a must
Provide feedback and coaching on block scheduling, assist with filling shifts etc.
Travel to sites to support training and hiring when needed
Traveling for job fairs

Recruiter Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have
Must have an upbeat and joyful personality- Happy, Helpful and Friendly
Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
At least 2 years in healthcare experience/preferably as floor caregiver in Assisted Living
Must be able to travel within a 250 mile radius from Duluth, MN
Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
Experience working with Indeed a plus
Experience working with Paycom a plus
